Programme LeadPlans the structure of each challenge and keeps our timelines realistic for busy teams.
We are writers, workshop facilitators and programme planners. We share what we have learned from running sessions in real workplaces, and we keep our material general, honest and easy to question.
The studio started in 2016 when a handful of colleagues began organising informal lunchtime walks. People kept asking how to keep small routines going once the novelty faded, so we began writing down what seemed to help.
Over time those notes became structured challenges and short educational guides. Today we focus on one thing: explaining workplace wellbeing ideas clearly, without overstating what any routine can do.
We publish who we are, where we are based and how to reach us.
We describe routines in general terms and avoid promising outcomes.
Participation is voluntary and we never apply pressure to take part.
We revisit our content regularly to keep it accurate and clear.
Each person brings a different background, from facilitation to writing and programme design.
Plans the structure of each challenge and keeps our timelines realistic for busy teams.
Runs in-person and online sessions, focusing on a relaxed, opt-in atmosphere.
Writes and reviews our guides to keep claims general, clear and accurate.
We like to keep things uncomplicated. A short conversation helps us understand your context, and from there we suggest a format that respects your team's time.
We learn about your team and what you are curious to explore.
We outline a challenge or guide and share it for your review.
After the activity we gather feedback so the next one is even clearer.
We are happy to talk through how we work and answer any questions before you decide anything.
